Which Epcot TS would you eat at?

I would choose whatever cuisine you like best. I’m sure you can hit any of them on a bad day, but I’ve never had a bad meal at any of them.

If you like German food, I think the Biergarten is excellent. Kids love the band because they encourage them to get up and dance near the stage.

I also think San Angel Inn is fun for kids with the boats going by and the volcano.

I'd go with Garden Grill. AYCE serves table side with a nice view of The Land ride below- makes for a relaxing meal! Characters- Mickey, Pluto, Chip & Dale! It's a family favorite!

Biergarten is a place I know my husband would really like but I was a little worried about the food with the kids. We did breakfast at GG last May and loved it but I was looking for something new. Our 14 year old nephew loves steak so maybe Rose and Crown?

Coral Reef. I took our kids (Ages 6 - 14) and they all universally loved it. The food selection is tremendous and the kids all sat enthralled watching the fish during the meal. It was their favorite meal of our trip.

There are some pretty basic options for kids....lunchmeat, cheeses, pretzel bread, baked chicken and potatoes from what I recall.

Via Napoli is a fun place to eat. there is enough going on to keep the kids busy.
Tepan Edo is fun to watch them cook if you haven't done this before. The food is good.
Garden Grill, if they want to see characters is very good.
Coral Reef is great for the kids. They are mesmerized by the aquarium. The food is average at best.
I would vote for Via Napoli.

We have always enjoyed Tepan Edo, Marrekesh (belly dancer & music), Rose & Crown and Via Napoli (though it’s really noisy) I’m not much of a buffet person but I do love Biergarten, the food (such a selection) and the entertainment, fun! Even when the kids were small they also enjoyed these restaurants. Good luck!
