Are you asking about WDW or DL?
at WDW, you approach a CM at or near the Fastpass Return line. Look for a CM with an iPad or a clipboard. If you don't see one, ask the CM at the a Fastpass Return.
There is a WDW
DAS thread stuck near the top of this board. Post one is DAS FAQs.
At DL, there are kiosks scattered thru the parks. There is a DL DAS thread near the top of this board. Post one is DAS FAQs.
If your party has both a person with a wheelchair and a person using DAS, what happens depends on show will be going on the attraction. If it is everyone, in luring the DAS holder and the person either a wheelchair, you can just get a DAS Return Time. The majority of Fastpass lines are accessible, so going thru the a Fastpass line with a wheelchair is not an issue..
If the person with a wheelchair is riding, but not the person using DAS, the person can:
- use a Fastpass Plus time for that attraction.
- wait in the regular (Standby) line
If going in the regular line, person with the wheelchair might get a wheelchair return time (similar to a Fastpass) if the attraction regular entrance is not accessible. That would allow them to come back and ride later with a short wait (return would be to the Fastpass entrance or an alternate place if the Fastpass line is not accessible).
