If we were to stay at the Hilton Anaheim/Convention Ctr which entracnce is it closer to walk to? The main one off of S. Harbor or the one through Downtown Disney? I'm not sure where the entrance is to DTD. When we stayed at the Homewood suites on S. Harbor we walked to the Main Entrance.

Thanks

With the current security set up, the Hilton is closer to the Harbor entrance. We've walked to both, and Harbor is technically closer. Some people just walk to Toy Story and take the shuttles to/from the parks. If you want to go to DTD, you'll have to go west on Katella until you get to Disneyland Dr., then go north until you get to the crosswalk in front of the PPH (GCH will be behind you). Go through the PPH parking lot to the path that goes along the side of the DLH, follow the path (there are signs, too) to the bag check at the west end of DTD (next to the ESPN Zone and EOS, by what used to be the AMC). That bag check is rarely busy. You can also use Uber/Lyft and be dropped off at the DTD lot -- there is a drop off point between the south end of the Lilo lot and the DLH. There is a 15 minute grace period for pick up/drop off. You'll see guests there waiting for their rides. At that point, you can either go to the DTD or DLH bag check.

Wow I never realized how much you have to go around to get to the DTD entrance. Thank for the breakdown theluckyrabbit!

There is an ART shuttle that is right in front of the hotel. We take it and it's pretty quick. You can usually pick up tickets at the front desk.

We usually walk to DLand down Harbor and then take the Toy Story shuttle back. It's probably about the same time as walking, but you get to sit for a bit and then it's a short walk across the street.

I like to walk to DTD from the convention center area because the bag check (as stated previously) isn't that crowded comparitively, especially if you go early enough

And if you use Mobile Order as you get near Starbucks West in DTD, your order should be ready by the time you get through bag check!

Since there are two Starbucks in DTD, make sure you note where you place your order! The one closest to EOS and the Lego Store is Starbucks West. I think the larger store by WOD is Starbucks DTD. My friends forget sometimes and it can be a headache trying to find their orders. LOL!
