Which eateries in DL will give you a glass of ice water?

And I was wondering if I had to be eating there to get a glass of ice water..?

I'm thinking I must try a corn dog from the corn dog wagon , but I see that they sell bottled water, so I'm assuming that they would not give me a glass of water free of charge; so would I be stuck having to buy their water, or would I be able to ask for water somewhere else?

I will have a water bottle, but please don't suggest just filling it up at a water fountain ; I really dislike drinking water, and the only way I can force myself to do it is if it is bottled or ice water.
