Which DVC resort is most popular rental?

For those experienced in rentals and have spent alot of time on this forum, which resorts are the most popular rentals?

My experience suggests BWV followed by BCV & VWL. But it will vary with the situation, room size and time of the year.

By far the Boardwalk and Beach club are the most requested and the hardest to get into.
