Which rooms do you think will rent for a higher nightly rate, BLT rooms or rooms and suites of similar size in the original Contemporary tower? The location is pretty similar, the views are comparable.

Depends. Do the suites have kitchennettes and free laundry?

A: It seems the 1bedroom suites are more comparable to 1bedroom BLT units except they have no in-room laundry or full kitchen. Just a wet bar, fridge, and sink.

Of course right now, if you were to rent a Tower room with MK view (comparable to a MK view BLT studio) you'd pay $490 per night in october. That's roughly $27 per point. :yikes:
