For what it's worth, we're at the GC now and we're not that impressed this time. We've had problems with the room (poorly cleaned, maintenence issues, more maintenence issues), the bell desk lost a package for two days that we had sent from home and they told us had arrived (You mean you didn't already pick it up?), the concierge lounge is understaffed and hence runs out of items at peak times, etc. Compared to our past trips here, the quality has gone down quite a bit. Luckily our experience everywhere else has been great so it's not spoiling our vacation or anything, but if I was a first timer and had spent extra money to stay here, I'd be very disappointed.
