WHich days to do Universal parks

I'd like to profess my love for Universal parks and that was before WWOHP. We have been visiting for several years now and really enjoy it. My question - We will be in Orlando from Sat 1/22 leaving late afternoon Wed 1/26. Given the crowds for the Disney parks we want to attend (fantasmic, etc), Sat and Sun would be the best days for our visit to Universal parks. I'm not liking that scenario. I'd prefer to do Universal during the week so maybe I'll compromise.

What about a Sun/Mon Universal trips to the parks? We are DVC members so we are not staying at Universal. I would think that this time of year would be very slow but not sure with the WWOHP draw. Your thought?

I think the end of the month in January at Universal is pretty dead in general. That's when I started going actively this year, and it was pretty quiet the couple days I went. So I would think you'd be fine whatever day of the week you went.
