Which days of the week are best for lower crowds?

We are heading down to Orlando early next May.
My daughter (and I) are into Harry Potter so we want to spend a day at Universal.

I can't find any crowd trackers.

What day would have the lowest crowds, in your experience:

Friday, May 4
Saturday, May 5
Sunday, May 6
Monday, May 7
Tuesday, May 8

Sunday has no level 5 for any of the WDW parks (it's all 6 or 7s) so I'm wondering if that would be a good Universal day.

I definitely want to stay away from EPCOT on Sat. and Sunday because of flower and garden bringing in more crowds.

Generally speaking, I find Monday and Tuesday with lower crowds

Columbus will have high crowds
And those on 3 day holidays

I don't think there is a holiday that time in May. Except May the 4th and surprisingly HS does not have a high count that day...

There are events that have some Fridays close early for the studios

Check the a schedule for
Grad Bash
Grad Adventure

Also some Fridays is when local schools do a field day at UO

Those groups can be out of the park by 5

Well, according to one crowd calendar I just checked, Monday or Tuesday are your best bets.
