Which day of week?

Starting to plan our early Dec 2022 trip. Now that we have to make park reservations, I am struggling to determine the best park for each day of the week.
We will arrive early on a Wednesday and leave late the following Tuesday.
We already plan to use Saturday as a resort/rest day.
Any advice? Or what crowd calendars are the most accurate? It's a long ways away but need to reserve.

Do Epcot and Animal Kingdom on the weekend (Friday\Sunday). MK and DHS tend to be the most crowded parks. Epcot and AK are also large so they absorb the crowds well.

We’ve found the best days to visit MK are Wed and Thursday, AK Mon and Tues, Epcot’s always busier Fri-Sun.
HS I’m not sure anymore lol. We try to plan a couple days there for better RotR chances, and have at least one a weekday where hopefully the competition won’t be as savvy as weekend APers

I've been using the crowd calendar on Touring Plans to book our upcoming trip. Tbh though, it feels like anymore it's a bit of a crapshoot
