Which day of 7 Night Fantasy Cruise is Star Wars day at Sea?

Hi! Sailing on the Jan 22, 2022 Fantasy finally (we hope)!
I’ve looked but cannot find which day at sea is the Star Wars day. We’d like to work around that when booking available ship board activities.
there are 3 sea days (2,3&6). Anyone know or can share what day in the past has been the SWDAS?

In 2019 (the last time we did a SWDAS), it was on the last sea day (Thursday).

We're on the cruise just before yours on January 15.
