Which day is best for Food and Wine Festival?

Hi all...

We're headed to the world the first weekend of November ... We'll have a full Friday, Saturday, and Sunday... That's it. Originally I thought we'd do EPCOT on Friday because that'd be our best chance at a lower crowd level, but now I'm not so sure... Any ideas?

Any suggestions for F&W would be very appreciated. It's our first time for the F&W...
