Which day at MK for the 1st week of May?

I've been to WDW several times, but not the 1st week of May (1-6). We are only spending one day at MK, so which one will be the slowest, but still have the evening parade/fireworks? I've heard grad nights are in early May, so I want to avoid those.

We have been to Disney many times and many different times of the year. One of my favorite trips was the trip we took the first week of May. I am not sure about grad night, but I can tell you our whole week there was perfect. Not crowded in any park, in fact some were downright slow. Many of our pictures do not even show other visitors in the background because there were so few people. Many popular rides we cold stay on and go again without even getting off. The weather was beautiful, mid-eighties and sun every day. I hope you have the same experience, it was the best.

We'll be there that same week, and I just finished planning "best days at each park". I'd suggest Monday evening, because that's the day AFTER Evening MH, and, if I remember, the night after isn't too busy. We're thinking of going Tuesday, but that's not a parade night, I don't think, just Wishes, which is fine with us, since we saw the parade twice on our last trip.
