We have a few ADR but the rest we plan to do CS. We are not big on fast food so I try to find places that we can get other decent choices, like grilled chicken and salad or veggies or vegetarian options. Dh likes a decent burger but I dont recall any at WDW being all that enjoyable.

What are your favorite nonfast food/nonburger,hot dog and nugget kind of meals. I love meals that Do not include french fries.
We enjoyed Flame tree last trip so plan to stop there again unless I get another really good recomendation.
We will do MK CS lunch and dinner
EP CS lunch and maybe breakfast for DH and I if we get hungry before lunch(or a snack)
DHS probably just a snack since we have late breakfast ADR and then plan a late lunch/early dinner someplace else.

Also, aside from Epcot that I saw a few, Does any places serve a cup of soup or something lighter like that? I just cant eat 3 real meals each day(or I wont have room for my daily mickey cookies and cream bar:woohoo:)

How about the Sushi at the CS place in japan? Any good?

I'm not a burger and fries person either. I love Sunshine Seaons in The Land at Epcot--especially the salmon. We also really enjoy Tangierine Cafe at Morocco.

Columbia Harbor House at MK has clam chowder and also serves a really wonderful hummus sandwich.

OHH, Dh loves clam chowder and I love hummus. Thanks! Knew I would get good info here.

EoS and WPE at DTD are both good non-fastfood type CS options.

Cosmic Ray's at MK has decent grilled checked sanwiches, turkey wraps and veggie wraps.

My girlfriend and I both liked the BBQ Chicken salad at Flame Tree.

Sunshine Seasons at EC has a good variety.

Downtown disney has Earl of Sandwich and Wolfgang Puck Express, both have some great food.

I was able to get DH to agree to another trip to DW with the promise of a meal at wolfgang puck express

My husband loves Flame tree as you have mentioned. We liked the asian stand in AK...can't remember the name though. Sorry!

Epcot - sunshine seasons, anywhere in WS.

MK - Cosmic rays wasn't so bad.

HS - sorry can't help here.

Magic Kingdom: Columbia Harbour House

DHS: Starring Rolls...i really enjoyed my sandwich there on our last trip! YUM!

Epcot: Sunshine Seasons

Animal Kingdom: Flame Tree

DTD: Wolfgang Puck Express and Earl of Sandwich are my absolute FAVORITES for CS!!!

We love Flame Tree as well. Best place to eat in AK IMO

Magic Kingdom: Columbia Harbor House and Pecos Bills for the taco salad & fixins bar

Epcot: Most overlooked yet fantastic cs is Kringla Bakeri in Norway. They have soup and some outstanding sandwiches as well as yummy desserts. Also, the Sunshine Seasons as mentioned has a huge variety of food.

H Studios:Studio Catering has Tuscan deli sand., chicken caesar wrap, grilled veggie sand.

DTD: Totally agree with Earl of Sandwich and Wolfgang Pucks!:thumbsup2

This thread is making me hungry!:rotfl:

MK: Columbia Harbor House
Epcot: Sunshine Seasons or Tangerine Cafe
DHS: (if you eat there) Starring Rolls...my FAVORITE CS. Actually go there even if you just do a snack! Great sandwiches, even better desserts.

EP: Quiche at Boulangerie Patisserie in France
DTD: Earl of Sandwich
AK: Flame Tree BBQ

How about the Sushi at the CS place in japan? Any good?

We enjoy Japanese food and thoroughly enjoyed this counter service during our last trip. They had a combo with noodles and sushi that was delicious.

Yak and Yeti AK
Pinnochio Haus MK
Sunshine whatev. Epcot
Earl of Sandwich DTD

Sunshine Seasons. They have a great rotisserie chicken/mashed potato/vegetable plate that's great.

They also serve rotisserie chicken at the CS restaurant at POR. I also like their "make your own pasta" bar - you can choose lots of different ingredients, including things like chicken and sun-dried tomatoes.

Columbia Harbor House makes a great tuna sandwich.

At Downtown Disney, I like Earl of Sandwich and Wolfgang Puck Express (the chinese chicken salad and BBQ chicken quesadilla are my favorites there).

WPE - BEST CS in the World.:) - We had the roasted chicken with mashed potatoes, roasted veggie pizza and creme brulee and it was all excellent. Cannot wait to go back in May.
AK - Flame Tree is also our first pick. But we had a fantastic Hot Italian Sandwich and Antipasto Salad at Pizzafari (Flame Tree was closed our last trip)
MK - Columbia Harbour House - yummy fried shrimp plate with crispy fries and very fresh coleslaw.
Epcot - Sunshine Seasons - LOVE the roasted beet salad or the sandwiches. Tons of yummy fresh choices and the desserts...:goodvibes I also love Tangierine Cafe in Morrocco - the lamb/chicken shwarma platter is soooo good and definately big enough to share.
:)
