Which CS have fill your own drinks?

I know that Backlot Express in DHS does...and I am racking my brain because I know there must be others...anyone know? TIA!

In the parks:

There are none in MK.
AK - Restaurantosaurus (so I am told, haven't been in there)
Epcot - Electric Umbrella and Sunshine Seasons

And I believe every resort except perhaps Boardwalk has them.

WPE and Earl of Sandwich in DTD do too. Although these help yourself drinks are of no use to me - I can never finish the first one
