I noticed there is "Life Day" merchandise in the parks this year. It left me wondering how many people buying it know that this is what it is referring to.

Dir Hard. (Yes, I say it’s a Christmas movie. My DH the Die Hard purist
disagrees)
A new Hallmark Christmas movie whenever we’re flipping & find one.


We‘ll watch any of these more than once if one of them is on & there’s nothing else interesting us.

I forgot The Family Man. We love that movie. Need to dig it out to watch it again.

I also watch Harry Potter and all the Simpsons Xmas episodes.
I don’t watch anything that is sad. I don’t want to cry when watching Xmas movies.

Yes. I was shocked when the "Life Day" merch hit the shelves. I mean, just watch the movie - it it absolutely bonkers. I guess it's cannon now though. The one very positive thing in this movie is the Mandalorian cartoon short.

I really liked Klaus, too. This is why I try to watch something new every year - you can find a new classic that way!

I watch a lot of Hallmark movies (Journey Back to Christmas is probably my favorite) but my other must-sees are:

• It's a Wonderful Life (usually with DH)
• Home Alone (if able to w/DS)
• The Children's Carol (a 2-part episode of The Waltons)
• Miracle on 34th Street
• A Christmas Story (we put the marathon on as background)

I usually watch A Charlie Brown Christmas, the cartoon version of The Grinch, and some version of A Christmas Carol as well.

And I like a lot of the others mentioned (Love Actually, Die Hard, and Gremlins definitely count as Christmas movies! ) and I will watch if I happen to catch them, but don't necessarily pay attention to when they'll be on.

And I'm a big Harry Potter fan, so I watch those all year. - I agree the Christmas scenes are gorgeous!

In addition to ones already mentioned, I like to see A Christmas Carol with Alastair Sim, though being old and black and white, it isn’t as easy to find as it was when I was younger. And A Charlie Brown Christmas.

We absolutely love A Christmas Carol with Alastair Sim. We feel it's much better than any of the others. Maybe you could order the CD? We have the CD and watch it every year.
Next is It's a Wonderful Life
The Santa Clause is a favorite too.
Chevie Chases Christmas movie is hilarious and fun too.
Holiday Inn with Bing Crosby.
I don't know how I forgot A Muppets Christmas Carol. It is our absolute favorite. Go Rizzo, LOL!

I watch all the different versions of the Christmas Carol, this is by far my favorite Christmas movie. I also like to watch home alone, diehard(Yes, it is a Christmas movie) Elf is a favorite in my house as well. We also watch Christmas vacation every year while we putting up the trees in the house. We have also started watching Swiss family Robinson around the holiday as well.
