Which characters at which meal??

Does each of the character meals have certain characters that appear, or is it random? Obviously at the Cinderella's castle breakfast you would expect to see Cinderella, but what about the others?
I am thinking about Liberty Tree Tavern dinner and Restaurantosarus breakfast. Anyone know which characters appear at these?
