Which characters are at which character meals?

We want to do lots of character meals on our trip in January with our 4 year old ds and our 1 year old dd. We'll have the dining plan and we'll more than likely be there for 6 or 7 nights. Which characters are at which places? We've done some character meals, but that was two years ago and I wasn't sure if anything had changed.
