If Ohana is your first choice...go for it!!! The food is very good, they bring it out to you in family style skillets. The fruit, especially the pineapple was SO sweet and delicious. My DH LOVED the sausage and waffles.
This will be my mom's first trip, and think she would enjoy O'Hana the best. Also, it is at the Poly, and she has always wanted to visit Hawaii, so I think she would like to tour there as well. Again, THANKS!!!
Love the food at the 'Ohana breakfast. That would be my first pick, second would be Tusker House. Was completely unimpressed with Chef Mickey's. It was a zoo and the food was just okay.
I've done ohanas several times and liked it each time. I prefer a full buffet though. We did Chef Mickeys this past December and thought it was just ok. The food just wasn't that great and didn't taste fresh. We had an early ADR, so you would've thought the food would still be fresh. I prefer Crystal Palace over any of these places. The food is better with more variety. Plea CP has an omelete station.
I have done Chef Mickey's and TH and plan on doing Ohana's on our next trip. Chef Mickey's had delicious food and the characters were fun. TH was lots of fun too!! Great food also. I would say even on the fun adn food scale. LOL
I would pick Chef Mickey's because well...it's Chef Mickey's! It's the epitome of Disney. The Fab Five.

Donald's safari breakfast, we had 5 kids there and they all still say it was their favorite character meal ever. The food was great and they loved the parade.
tuskar house has better flavored breakfast...Chef Mickey's was cool..ohanas is family style so you just get your waffles, fruit, eggs, bacon...there's no variety...
although it was fun at ohanas too....stitch is fun...
HAving never been to any of these, I would have to base this on the characters, menus and the reviews that I've seen. I vote for Donald's.
I have seen really mixed reviews about Ohana breakfast. L&S as characters don't do much for me, plus nearly 20 bucks seems a bit much for eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon and pastries.
The other 2 are buffets so there will be more choices. With Chef Mickey's, I hear it's a real madhouse. So that would leave Donald's. I have seen a lot of good reviews of this place.
But it also depends on what fits into your schedule!
