I thought they all had been. OKW routinely does complete renovations (new appliances, floors refinished, the works) about every 5 years. In the past two years we have been in two of the very oldest buildings and one of the very newest, and all had been refurbished. I suspect this is an ongoing thing, because WDW/
DVC units get a LOT of use, and therefore need pretty much constant refurbishing. Sometimes you might have the bad luck to be put in a unit that is ready to be taken out of service for renovation, and it might look shabby, but then again, you might get a newly refurbed one too. I suspect it is the same at ALL DVC resorts. I remember our first GV stay in 1999 being very disappointed that the hard wood floors were pretty shabby. They told us that the unit was scheduled to be refurbished right after our stay. On the other hand, we stayed in one of the older buildings in January, and it appeared to have been completely newly done.
