Which building at POR in Magnolian Bend?

DH and I will be staying at POR the 3rd week of September 2004. Are there any differences between any of the 4 mansions? Do they all have the spiral staircases in the front or is each one different? I have a copy of the map that shows where each is located, I am just trying to figure out which one to stay in. We are non-smokers, would probably prefer a quiet pool as opposed to having to be near ol' man island, and don't mind having a little bit of a walk to get where we need to be. We would prefer to be "away from it all" since we are celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary. I was thinking to pick either Parterre Place or Oak Manor, but was hoping to get some opinions.

Either one would be a fine choice. We just stayed in Oak Manor. It was very nice and quiet. I asked for the second floor and got it. The whole building is non smoking. Parterre Place might be a couple of minutes longer walk to the food court, but definitely not a big deal.
