Which attractions at WDW are most likely to be down at Rope Drop?

Looking for some insight on the attractions that tend to be down at each of the WDW parks at rope drop. Looking to fish for the Special LL Experience passes.
Magic Kingdom
seems like it is Splash Mountain, any others?
Epcot
Test Track?
Hollywood Studios?
Not sure
Animal Kingdom
Not sure

Rise breaks down a lot.

I think low on the list would be anything that could break down and still run at partial capacity, like Space Mountain or ToT.

For us, we often saw ToT down in DHS.

The attractions I see down most often are:

Test Track
Splash Mountain
Tower of Terror

Splash Mt is being refurbed so it's not available. I've had bad luck trying to get on Thunder Mt at open; it's been on a delayed open my last 3 attempts..

I agree with Splash Mountain being down a lot at rope drop. I go to WDW every summer and multiple years, multiple days we have attempted to rope drop Splash only to find it temporarily closed.
