Which area: near UCF or Kissimmee? (For tonight)

I am currently in Orlando and want to extend my stay one more night (tonight). My hotel is sold out and I need to find something asap. Found some w availability but near UCF or Kissimmee, which area is closer to WDW what do you suggest? Need help asap, thank you!!

I got my nursing degree from UCF and it was quite a hike when I wanted to go to a park!

UCF is in the Northeast section of Orlando probably at least 40 minutes away from WDW while the western parts of Kissimmee are basically next to the parks.
