When we were in Disneyland a couple years ago we used an app that allowed you to choose the rides you want to go on and then it would put them in recommended order to minimize wait times. I've downloaded several apps, but can't seem to find the right one, does anyone know which app that is?

Sounds like Ridemax.

That's it! But UGH! I'm not sure I want to pay $15 for one day. I'll need to give it some thought. Thanks so much!

I wouldn't pay. Use the dlr app a ride or two ahead of where you are in the day to choose your next ride.

This is our "home" park so I always kind of plan in my head where to go & check the app before heading over to see wait time & closure.

Ridemax is ok but not foolproof. You can come up with something just as good or better with a little research. Or, if you want a pre-made plan for a one-day visit, the Unofficial Guide has some good ones that work pretty well. You can borrow it from the library and copy the plans. :)

What is the exact name of the Disneyland App? In the App Store there are many that come up under that name, but none appear to be named it.

The Disneyland app is called Disneyland. Its a blue box with a white castle.

THanks for the advice everyone. My husband grew up in LA and has been going to DL for years, he is quite good at navigating and we always get to do everything we want with minimal stress. The last trip we used a touring plan app and it was the best trip ever. We only have one day this trip so I feel like it might be worth it to pay again.

Could you use the lines app? It's through touring plans and I think it allows you to make a touring plan for free. If not there are always deals for a huge chunk off making it cheaper then ride max
