Where's "Infestation"?

Just wondering where in the park this happens? Anyone seen it or tried it? Do tell. I won't be at HHN, but am helping my sis plan her trip. I told her I'd ask the experts! Thanks in advance.

My mom said she thought she saw Infestation set up near the Mystical Fountain in the Lost Continent. But I haven't seen it myself (haven't been in IOA for over 2 months anyway...)

Since no one else has yet, I guess I'll tell you basically what it is (from what I have heard).

You are stapped down in a chair and your head is placed in this box which they seal off. You get your mouth covered and you wear goggles. The evil "Director" spins a wheel to determine your "fate..."

Who will share your box with you? Will is be rats? Snakes? COCKROACHES?

Anyone wanting to do this should think very carefully. A few months ago on the TV we had a "Big Brother" type show set in the jungle and celebritys had to live for a week in the jungle and in order to get food had to complete a challenge. The celeb to do the challenge was picked by the general viewing public via phone line. The one with the most calls obviously had to do it......they were AWFUL!! A footballer was chosen and was in his swimming trunks with a great big pair of knickers shaped like a large mesh pulled up on him suspended with straps around him. There were 5 very large plastic buckets with lids - inside each: 1st one cockraoches, 2nd biting insects, 3rd maggots, etc etc. He had to choose which one should be tipped into his knickers and he had to suffer all these insects crawling in his knickers, they managed to get out and crawled up his back, down his thighs. After the 4th bucket he started to panic as he was now being seriously bitten on his private parts....at any time they can shout "GET ME OUT OF HERE" during the challenge, but only get food for example in this case for each bucket that was tipped in. There were about 9 celebs, and one by one they are voted off by the public till you get a winner by the end of the week. So they only had enough food for half of them and had to share. Another challenge was Wayne Sleep had to crawl through a cage alive with RATS with bread and cheese tied to the top of his head and he had to find 8 keys buried in the wood chip. It was really horrendous and he only managed to find 4. Again they had hardly any food and lots nearly quit because they were genuinely hungry!! Another challenge - a girl had to walk into water with baby crocodiles . But IMO the INSECTS challenge was the most gross. You wouldn't catch me doing it for a million pounds!!!!! There were other challenges with snakes......anyway...Green Goblin think carefully before you "Put your hand up"!!!

I've really wondered about this - who is covering the insurance for these stunts? I don't care if they sign a waver, I think legally the networks would still be quite at risk in a court of law and supposedly some of these folks eat spoiled food, drink blood etc....

Anyone hear of AIDS, hepatitis, EColi? You can die from this stuff.

I think it's either "all made up" for TV or there are a lot of stupid people out there.

Hi Puffy2....really this is not made up for TV...it actually happened and was very real, insects everything. In recent months in the UK we have had quite alot of "fly-on-the-wall" programmes and you mainly get celebrities on these shows who are either "past their sell by date" or want to get themselves more known. I agree they are mad! If any other UK disers are reading this...you will all know what I am talking about....
