So we just added an extra night to our Adults Only Trip in the beginning of october... on my bday!!! Coming up soon... I was REALLY hoping for Ohana but they can't seat us before 9:45 pm... i am stumped where else to eat!
Our other meals planned for this trip are Cali Grill and Boma... we plan on experiencing the Food and Wine Fest one day too... only 1 dining credit left...

What would be your pick for your birthday dinner in the world?

Last December, I made ressies for my mothers bday at Narcoossee's .. the food was out of this world.. I still dream about their stuffed chicken.. YUM! I had a minnie mouse cake delivered from the GF bakery and we ate cake and watched the fireworks right from the window. It was beautiful and such a nice birthday gift.. my mother still talks about it. And she is one hard lady to please! lol.. she always has a gripe about something and she was just overall very happy the whole time :)

I agree that Narcoossee's has good food as well as a nice view but my recommendation would be Citricos. We found the food to be as good or better. There is still a nice view overlooking GF grounds and beyond. The service was more attentive and the surroundings were much more quiet and relaxing.

Il Mulino... and I have (well the night before my birthday).

The food and service there are both top-notch!! :lovestruc

for a one service credit... via napoli... then you can drink around the world after and catch illuminations!!

We have never been to a 2 credit ts yet. There are a lot of nice restaurants in Epcot. This year, though, my husband has a reservation for us at the Plaza in Magic Kingdom for my birthday. He knows how much I like the brownie sundae. I'll just eat half my food so I can eat my sundae. Last time my husband and son shared most of it because there was way too much food. The sandwiches and salads are good, also.

If I had to pick a one credit meal it would be the Wave..the food and atmosphere is more "signature" style but on a 1 credit budget

Oh I didn't realize you wanted a 1 TS meal plan restaurant. Here are my amended options:

Epcot: Tutto Italia... YUM!!! Via Napoli is also good but not as romantic. Marrakesh also has a beautiful setting, if you like Moroccan food.

Downtown: Raglan Road - never had a bad meal here and the band/dancer are a hoot!! In fact... I miss this place and think we need to go there sometime soon :)

DHS: I wouldn't eat here for an adults only meal

MK: I would eat at The Wave or Kona (altho the latter is less adultsy

others: I really love Olivia's at OKW. I would go there just to eat.

If I only had 1 TS credit left to burn for my bday meal...I'd probably venture over to AKL for Sanaa.

For 1 credit I would probably like Tutto Italia -nothing like those waiters singing Happy Birthday to you in Italian!

Chefs de France. If you time it right and there are just 2 of you you might be able to get a table up by the window to see Illuminations

Kona - timed right, have dinner and then go on the Poly beach to watch Wishes

thank you so much for all of your suggestions... i probably should have mentioned that we are traveling with a group and there will be 8 for dinner this night! :) we have all day saturday dedicated to drinking and eating around the world!

2 Credits - Citricos
1 Credit - Tutto Italia or Wave

We love Kona but it really is a very loud restaurant.

I will be in WDW for my birthday  and I have an ADR @ 1900 PF...last year we went for DD's 5th birthday and got a big cupcake surprise at the end of the meal...I am looking forward to that. Plus DD wants to see the step sisters. In our case, since it is just her and me, it is more about the experience than the food.

We celebrated my DW's birthday at Boma, we also celebrated my DS's at California Grill, both were great. I would choose Shula's if I ever were at WDW for my birthday.

We had breakfast at Whispering canyon on both my DS & my DW birthday and I let the castmember/server know that it was a their respective birthdays. Boy did we have fun!

I know where I will be having it: Cinderella's Royal Table with a bunch of other princesses! princess:

If it was a Saturday during F&WF, I would use the credit for breakfast or lunch and gets tickets for Party for the Senses. It's my birthday, right? ;)

One credit restaurant--that's tough. I like Raglan Road. I'm not a fan of buffets in general, but Boma is a great place to go when you have a large group of people.

I usually spend my birthday at Disney since we moved here six years ago. It's a time of year we usually stay about three days, but my birthday dinners have been at the Biergarten, Narcoossee's, and Rose & Crown.
