Our faves were Boma, Ohana, Whispering Canyon and Akershus! Loved them all!!

How was Boma? I'm planning on making a reservation there for our May trip. I'm looking forward to it, but others that I'm traveling with (DH, Mom, Dad) are not. I'm trying to convince them that they'll like it. None of them are picky eaters. I'm hoping you liked it so I can share with my family.

We are also planning on doing Ohana's for breakfast. How was your experience there? I've been hearing some not-so-good things recently.

Thanks for your input. :goodvibes

We ate at Boma again on 12/5 and as always, loved the food. Yes, there is an African flair to the food, but there are plenty of choices for less adventurous eaters. I have heard that no buffets at WDW are serving Prime Rib, but the cut of beef they did serve was tender and wonderfully rare. There is a grill to cook the meat to anyones satisfaction, though. My mouth is watering just thinking about it!

You will find plenty of great food. We just returned (a day early because of predicted snow) yesterday :( I am not adventurous when it comes to food but loved Boma. While I didn't find zebra domes all that exciting the beef was excellent, the pork so tender it fell apart and there was a crab soup (sorry I don't remember the name) that was amazing! The upside down pineapple cheesecake was also wonderful. My extremely picky kids did just fine with the chicken (which was not strongly seasoned) and the kid's selections. Don't worry - just try a little bit of everything and you're sure to find something you like!

We loved Boma! I loved the meat and the Boma mustard! I LOOOOOVED the desserts, too. My DH got 3 bowls of the lentil sausage soup. The kids were acting up (a bit tired and too late of an ADR), so we didn't get to SAVOR our food, but it was good none the less!

Ohana dinner was fabulous! The pork dumplings were out of the world! My sons LOVED the noodlers! We were full before the meat came - and that was ok!!

we were at Pop Century in September and we are still amazed that there is actually a juice on the refillable mug area....
Did you try any of the sandwiches at Pop......they were delicious.
Thanks for taking the time to tell us about your restaurants you went to

I'm glad to hear good reviews about Boma. I'll share them with my family - hopefully they'll get more excited about eating there. :thumbsup2
