Where to store luggage in stateroom?

One more last minute question. DH is having a cow about
the amount of stuff I'm packing, thinks we won't have any
where to store the suitcases (3) . What do you do? We have
a cat. 5 with verandah, can you put them out there in good
weather? Thanks J.

They will fit nicely under the bed and that way be out of your way.

I wouldn't put my luggage on the verandah--too much sea spray even on the higher decks, they'd end up coated in that sticky salty film.

Like Scratch42 said put them under the bed. If you can 'nest' them it will be even easier.

One additional tip...(I am the excessive luggage queen!!).

If the suitcases won't slide under the bed, just lift the bed up a bit and they will fit fine.

Trust me, with 3 suitcases, you won't have any problem with storing them in the room.

I have some 29" bags....are these too big for under the bed? We've cruised before but I never thought to store the luggage under the bed. You guys are great!

A couple of our large bags did not fit under out bed, even lifting it up. We stored them on our balcony and didn't have any problem with sea spray or anythiing else.

Any especially bulky items are difficult. We had a carseat that would not fit in the closet and would not fit under the bed. We set it between the bed and the wall. While not a perfect solution, it worked for us.
