Where to stay with 2 bedroom

We have narrowed our stay down to Encantada 2 bedroom townhouse or Staybridge Suites Lake Beuna Vista 2 bedroom suite. Any opinions/thoughts to help make our decision?

Sorry, haven't stayed in either place. If it's a toss up then pick the one that's closer to Disney.

I would assume Staybridge may offer a breakfast and that would lean me in that direction.

We stayed at Staybridge about 4 years ago in a 2 bedroom. LOVED our stay. 1 bedroom with king bed for us and our own bathroom. Other bedroom with 2 doubles/queens?? for the kids, they each had their own bed and a they shared that bathroom. Living room and full size kitchen with large fridge and an oven. Free hot breakfast buffet every morning. Free dinner served 3-4 nights per week with free alcohol (we only did one). We made many meals in the room and used crockpot and oven during our stay. All for less than the price of a Disney moderate. I priced it for our stay this summer and it's less than the non-discounted Value. We drove our own car and were able to park 10 ft from our door and came back daily for naps.

Couple downsides; outdoor square pool (we only used once anyway since we were AP and going to the waterkparks) and there is no elevator to haul your bags and groceries up and down (we asked for ground floor and got it). Also, I would not want a poolside room for noise. IHG will not allow use of points for a 2-bedroom, only a 1 bedroom so we opted for another location this summer.

Thanks! Ya we decided on the two bedroom at Staybridge ....like the breakfast and free parking and no resort fees!
