We will be at CBR in June. Looking for advice on what building to request. Family of 4 w/kids 10 and 7. Would prefer non-smoking.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
Thanks

We always asked for Jamaica. We have two children 8-10 so it's a pleasant stroll across the bridge to OPR, yet not to close to all the noise. There is also a quiet pool right outside of some of the doors(not ours ..alittle too busy for us). But your going to get a thousand opinions on this subject. Look at a map of the resort and do what's best for your family. We are also going down in June but the CBR was already booked so we're staying at PO-FQ, our first time staying somewhere other then CBR--You're going to love it!!

We've stayed in Jamaica, request building close to the bridge, or Aruba, also closest to bridge. We enjoy the walk to OPR.

Others perfer Martinique or Barbados, request "near the food court".

It's such a beautiful resort, you'll love it.

We have stayed in Martinique and 3 times in Trinidad North. T.North is just as close to food court (Old Port Royale) as Martinique and is a smaller "village", only 3 buildings. It's a very short walk to the food court and/or main pool. We had a ground floor corner room (nice to have a corner -- two big windows) but we were in Building 31 which is a smoking building. DH still smokes and it doesn't bother me.
Have a great trip! I think you'll really enjoy CBR. The bus service is generally excellent because each village has its own bus stop. We've been to WDW in May, September, October, and over Christmas, and other than the crowds being different at different times, we've thoroughly enjoyed CBR. There are lots of selections at the food court, something to please everyone. We don't use the sit-down restaurant but I guess it is okay too. The rooms are the largest of the moderates as far as square footage and since it's been completely refurbished, no complaints about anything!
