The post that I have read are so in-depth. I don't know if we are ready for a trip to WDW. I dont know where to start planning each day. :confused3

We arrive Sept 30 and leave Oct 4. It is a short first time visit for our family of 3. Me, DH and DS (5). We can't wait to get there. I don't think we should just show up at a park and not have a plan.

How do you know which park to visit on which day? Should we pick out the rides first then fill in with shows, etc. Or pick out shows first then fill in with the rides?

It can overwhelming. Thanks.

To decide which park to go to which day, I suggest you start with ADR's. If you don't plan on having any sit down meals, I would start with which rides are a must do and start with that park first. Hopes this helps.
