Where to see mickey?!

Does mickey appear around either park regularly anywhere besides in toontown??? also how crowded does it get to wait to see him?? Thanks!

We saw him a lot out on Main Street out by the Mad Hatter shop. He, Minnie, Donald Duck, Goofy, Pluto, Chip and Dale were rotating out frequently for the whole day it seemed like (about 2 or 3 of them were always out). The line was never that bad when we were there. Also saw him over at DCA.

Sometimes at Sunshine Plaza at DCA, as you walk into Disneyland he may be there, Main Street at the Bank and that spot by the parade entrance.

The place I have seen him the most is at his house in Toontown. He is at the end, and you will get the chance to snap a few pictures with him to. And the times I have gone it hasn't been rushed either. It was nice.
ETA: Sorry didn't read your whole post LOL. That is the only place I have seen him, we saw Minnie on her porch at Toontown, but we haven't had much luck seeing the "classic" Disney characters except Toontown. Hope you have more luck.

ON my last trip I saw Mickey near the Mad Hatter, in his Year of a Million Dreams outfit, at night a couple times.
Also, in DCA with Minnie and Pluto, they were wearing safari outfits.

All the times I saw him he was never out for long. And theres always a long line to see him.

We have seen him several times as you enter the park, right after you go through the tunnels.
