where to praise GREAT CM???

We had a great CM on two of the days MK same guy two different spots
he was wonderful is there someplace i can let disney know what a great employee they have?

You can go to the Disney web site. At the bottom of each page is a Contact Us link. Although there is no specific category for CM praise, you can type in any message you want. We did it after our last visit to praise the lifeguards at the pool. We got a very nice response from them.

I know it's after the fact for you- but while you are still in the world you can go to guest relations and they have cards that can be filled out for cast member praise. Those cards go int their files.

I have used the Contact Us on the WDW site before. All of the CM's that I wrote to them about were called into their manager's office, they got to read the message I sent in and also received a special pin. A few weeks later I ran in one of the CM's at AK and he was overjoyed. He said it was the best thing that has happened to him in his 14 years of working there. So please write about your experience to WDW.

If you are like me, you can do it before you leave. I often forget by the time I get home! You can go to City Hall while at MK and probably Guest Relations at any of the parks.

Years ago I encountered a great CM in the MK baby station. She helped us a lot and handled yelling parents very well (their baby had a fever but they didn't stock medicine at the baby station and the parents got very irate). I told her she did a great job with them and she asked that I tell them at City Hall.
