Where to pickup rental scooters on Disney Wish

I’m going on a cruise late October next month. Where is one to pick up their electric rental scooter from clouds are goods rentals. I’ve seen some write ups where they leave them in the cabins to pick up. What good is that from the curb to the cabin? I’ve also read where they leave them in some type of storage unit or haul way on a ship to pick up.

You will need to ask that vendor. To my knowledge Cloud of Goods is not an authorized vendor for DCL so presumably you meet somewhere to pick up the scooter before arriving at the terminal.

Trying to get Clouds so good on the phone for some type of customer service has been impossible. I have a better chance of getting hold of someone to steal from Fort Knox for me. I do have special needs at see set up for a December cruise on MSC though.

I have yet to call special needs at see yet to find out where their tent is if there is a tent for MSC cruises.

On DCL, scooters rented through an authorized vendor will be left on the ship. Whether that is your stateroom or at a more central location may depend on the type of stateroom you have booked. Doorways to enter regular (non-HA) staterooms may not be wide enough for a scooter, thus there is 1 or 2 spots where a scooter can be left -- but that means you either need to be able to walk enough to get to/from your stateroom or someone in your traveling party will have to assist with moving the scooter. It cannot be left in the hallways. If you have an HA stateroom booked you should be fine. As for embarkation, if you need assistance within the terminal you should contact DCL, or have a rental delivered to your pre-cruise hotel so you already have it when arriving at the port terminal.
