Quick question....

Where do I pick up our Hoop de Doo Revue tickets? We are checking in on 7/8, but our ADR isn't until 7/16. Can we pick them up the day we check in, and where do we pick them up at?

Thanks in advance! :wave2:

When we checked in there was a message on our room phone to pick up our tickets from the lobby concierge. We checked in two days before our ressies so I don't know if there is a certain time window or they are just ready when you arrive.

Last time we went and had ressies for HDDR (August '04) the CM gave us our tickets when we checked in. When we arrived for the show, those without tickets had to stand in line and were given them right before they entered the hall. I assume they were peole staying offsite.

I was told when I made my reservation on Saturday that they would be at the hotel and that I could pick them up at check-in. HTH :)

We checked into POFQ on a Sunday and our HDDR ressies were for Friday. We got a call on Tuesday or Wednesday from the concierge desk to pick up our tickets.

I was just there a little over a week ago. I checked in on Tuesday, went to concierge after check in, picked up my tickets (used Dining Plan for these as well) and our dinner wasn't until Sunday. Hope that helps! Enjoy the show - it was great. :goodvibes

Do you really need to be at HDDR 30 minutes before the show???
Absolutely not. We were instructed to be there 45 minutes prior. We did nothing but stand around and wait until 5 minutes before it opened, when they rang a bell and started letting us in.

When we went we checked in with one of the cast members outside and then they took a family picture. Maybe that is why they want you there early.

We got ours at check in at the ASMo. We got there early as instructed but managed to avoid getting our picture taken. There is a place that sells pins and stuff right outside of the HDDR so we broused there for a while. While I don't think it is necessary to be early I think they say that so people don't show up late and interrupt the show. You never can tell how long the transportation can take and I'd rather be safe than sorry. KWIM

How did this work with the DP? Did the credits come off when you picked up the tickets or on the day of your ressie? Since we are seeing HDDR on the day of our resort switch, it would be most convenient if they came off when we picked up the tickets. Also, would someone mind pm-ing me the price list for the photo packages? :thanks:

1) Pick up tickets at any lobby concierge desk.
2) Pick them up up to 7-days in advance.
