We will be celebrating my daughter's B-day at Crystal Palace in the MK. Can I order a cake from the GF bakery and have it delivered, or do I have to order from the MK bakery?
Counting down the days till our youngest daughters first trip to WDW! This will be our seventh trip to the Happiest Place on Earth.
Thanks for your help.

May I ask why you wouldn´t want to order from the MK bakery? Just curious cause we´ll also be celebrating DD´s birthday at the Crystal Palace.

On the post showing all the different cakes, it appeared to me that the GF bakery had a larger choice of cakes to choose from. Is this not true? If they are all the same, then I will definitely just order from the MK bakery.
Thanks
When will you be celebrating at Crystal Palace?
We will be celebrating July 14th!!!!! Can't wait.

Here is a thread that already has a lot of information on it.

I would read the first page and then skim some of the others. I would recommend calling the place you want to eat directly, if that does not work the cake hotline should.

Oh and from what I have read, the GF bakery will only do it now if you are eating at a place there or staying there. They did away with the delivery, with a fee of $75 I can understand why. But things change all the time, call and find out.

Just so you know a cake where you can really customize things like the type of cake, filling, frosting, decorations etc. can get very expensive.

There are the basic 6" cake that is frozen, cant be customized

There are 8" cakes that are not frozen and they can write on

There are 10" cakes that can be customized as much as the bakery where it is made can do. But these start out very expensive, and it cost for everything you want done.

Or at least that is what I was told this week when I ordered a cake for my sisters birthday during our trip. I got the 8" with the name on it cause I didnt feel like paying more than $45. The cake I really wanted was gonna cost me about $80. :scared1:

If you are looking for a custom cake just call the cake hotline, tell them what you want and it will be waiting for you at the restaurant you choose. If you're looking to order a standard cake, you can just let the hostess know prior to being seated.
