Where to meet Mary Poppins, Moana, and Frozen characters?

Our trip is coming up. Does anyone know roughly what times and where you can meet Mary Poppins, Moana, or any Frozen characters? I think Anna and Elsa are the only ones you can meet. I wish they had Olaf somewhere at DL.

Also, is Captain Jack Sparrow by pirates most of the day?

Mary Poppins is usually around Jolly Holiday Bakery in Disneyland Main Park
Anna and Elsa are around Carthy Cirlcle in California Adventures
Captain Jack walks around New Orleans Square and Adventureland and on the balcony of 21 Royal above Pirates of The Caribbean.

Mary Poppins is also sometimes near or on the Carousel. We saw her riding her horse with Bert behind her when we were in the queue for Peter Pan's Flight at 11am. I'm not sure if she still does the dance in front of the Castle with the Disneyland Band.

Captain Jack we saw standing next to the Rivers of America in the general area of the Pirates entrance. He commented on DD11's Oswald ears which made her laugh.
