Where to meet Anna and Elsa?

Where can my daughter meet Anna and Elsa? We have purchased tickets for Mickey's not so scary Halloween party will they be there? Which restaurant can we see them at? Right now it's all about Frozen so we can not miss out on meeting them.

They are at Princess Fairytale Hall only, the old location of Snow White's Scary Adventure. They have historically met during MNSSHP.
