Where to look for DVC sales info as far as ROFR

Can someone tell me the links to go to the site where you see what has passed ROFR in Florida with DVC? What steps are needed, what to click on, look for? TIA!

The ROFR threads are your best bet. Older ones are linked here as well. The OCC website of course records the transactions where Disney ROFR'ed the contract but it is very difficult to "back out" of the data to see pricing on a ROFR'ed contract as the only points data will be e.g. "A .3125% interest in unit 21A"

Don't bother. There is no rhyme or reason. We've seen identical contracts (points, use year) submitted within days of each other where Disney takes the one priced $10/point higher.

www.dvcresalemarket.com has an interesting column that they publish each month regarding ROFR trends. But even they will tell you that ROFR criteria is not known to those outside of those making the decisions.
