where to go for a quick getaway over the holiday??

Hi everyone,
I am hoping some of you guys can give me some ideas. My family of 5 is looking to get away for a long weekend or so around the holidays. The catch is we live in NJ and will be driving. We have no problem driving somewhere in 1 day or less, but can't be farther than that since we will be going away for maybe 5 days. Obviously it is cold, would prefer to go someplace a little warmer, so anyplace you can think of would be great. We were thinking about Pigeon Forge, but any other ideas would be welcomed! Hershey Pa or Williamsburg Va - there is a groupon for Colonial Crossing out there.

Williamsburg gets my vote!! Busch Gardens has Christmas Town, which is terrific!! Plus there's all the historic sites, and outlet shopping.

Williamsburg is great for a nice long weekend!!! Christmastown is great! They had a promo code for a 3 day ticket for $17 a week ago not sure if its still good use BGWBTAFF to see....tix are normally $27.99/day

I know you said warm, but have you thought about a ski trip north. Kilington or Stowe? You can take group ski lessons and rent equipment if it is not something you do.

Mommoth Caves in Kentucky are very intersesting.
