I'm going to The World in late October with my husband, our two DDs, and my parents. One of the nights, we plan on going out by ourselves (We have a 2 bedroom villa, so its perfect for the grandparents to watch the kiddos), and we would like some opinions on where to go. I was thinking Jellyrolls - What time do they close? What goes on at the Atlantic Dance Hall? I've heard that one of these has a cover? If so, which one?

Also, we will have a car, so going off property could be done, but I don't want to go to far. Also, if we choose a place that doesn't close till 2am, and we are staying at Saratoga, how do we get back if we choose not to drive?

TIA

Jellyrolls = cover charge

Duling pianos, jokes, free popcorn

Atlantic Dance Hall = Free admission

bar, request older videos, bar, dancing

Place near these two- E.S.P.N. zone = Sports bar, drinks, many sports on big screen

Taxi, bus service doesn't go resort to resort

Downtown Disney = bus ride to and from your resort, many places to eat and drink

Go see Yeeha Bob at Riverside. It's a great show, and he really keeps the crowd interested.

If you have a car, another possibility is to head over to Citywalk. they have several clubs/bars you can go to and have fun. Even if one doesn't interest you, there are plenty of others you can hop over too in the same area.

I would do one of two things:

* Dinner somewhere at Boardwalk followed by Jellyrolls.
* Dinner somewhere in DTD followed by Raglan Road.

Atlantic Dance is usually a mausoleum. CityWalk is a good 20 minutes away, but has a better nightlife scene---not sure if that's too far or not. Unless you are a teetotaler, cab don't drive.

<ob-rant>It's a dirty shame that Adventurer's Club is gone</ob-rant>

No food at Jelly Rolls, right? (other than popcorn?)
