Where to get the Disneyland Vacation Planning DVD?

I have seen it mentioned, but I have no idea where or how to get it. Is it free? Does it cost much? I'm sure my kids would love it!

I think you can get it off disneys website, I ordered one for WDW last year I believe online

You can get it free on disneyland.com. It takes a month or two. The new one actually looks like it may have some info. The one they sent out last year was about 6 minutes long!!

Has anyone gotten the new one? I thought that the one they were advertising was the same 8 minute "commercial" they sent out last year.

I just got one yesterday. (Originally requested in January, then re-requested in March.) I didn't time it, but it was pretty brief. It is like a long commercial, and has a separate feature for the DVC (timeshare condos.) There was another option, can't remember what it was called, but I thought it was to jump to certain parts of the 'commercial'.

Incidentally, the kids loved watching it! I liked that it showed some of the attractions, the resort hotels, and Downtown Disney. It also came with a 20% off a purchase of $100 - I think it's good within the park shops and World of Disney shop in DTD. Sounds like $100 goes pretty fast on souvenirs, so we'll definitely use it.

We watch ours a least once a week, and have a few from years past, then one before this one was terrible. Also fun for the kids is Sing Alon Songs Disneyland fun , it is a little dated but still great for little ones! You can rent it or get it at Target for around 10.00. Do a search on here for dreams come true firework show download it is great , the whole fireworks show!!!

I just ordered one online last night after reading about it on another board. I went to the Disneyland web site and put "DVD" in the search window which gave me the link. It appears that you can also watch it online, which I tried to do, but (I think because I have a Mac) the video didn't play correctly, even though I have a high-speed connection. It would probably work fine on a PC.
