Where to get limited edition pins in dhs?

Hope this is the right place. Apologies if not. I saw the story https://www.wdwinfo.com/news-storie...r-walt-disney-world-resort-disneyland-resort/ about the new pins coming for October and really want the great movie ride pin.

I’m a complete pin newbie. Where would they stock that pin when it does come out? I assume in dhs? As it’s limited to 3000 would I likely get one in h e afternoon or is it a line up first thing type thing?
