We've been to WDW 8 times since 2004, but my DH says that he has yet to have a GREAT tasting cheeseburger there. Is there such a thing and where can we get it? And he doesn't care if he has to spend $10.00 on the burger either. Probably the best we've had was at The Plaza Restaurant, but he thinks there has to be something better somewhere at WDW. anyone?

TIA :goodvibes

Cheesecake factory express in Disney Quest use to have THE BEST burger on property, but it's no longer there. Probably the best burger on property would be at Beaches and Cream at the Beach Club. But it's not an incredible burger. Probably the best bet is to go off property to Fudruckers at Crossroads, 12535 Apopka-Vineland Rd Orlando, FL 32808

DH says the best burger he ever had anywhere was the GF burger at the GFC but it's not a cheeseburger. It's lobster, asparagus and horseradish-chive hollandaise over the burger. Not sure if your DH is adventurous or not but DH insists on going to the GFC for the burger any time we are remotely close to the Orlando area. Heck, he's been known to detour us through Orlando to get his burger fix.

I think the best cheeseburger is at the Liberty Tree Tavern. You can only get it at lunch though.

The Big Kahuna Burger at Kona Cafe (I've only seen it at Lunch) - its 11.99 and it is..HUGE. Lots of food for the price, at least I think.

Or Liberty Tree Tavern - Angus Chuck Burger with Mushrooms and Provolone (or Bacon and Cheddar) you can get fruit or tavern fries with it. Also 11.99

I used to think Beaches and Cream had the best burger, and they did...a few years ago. Now they've been serving the average burgers found around Disney.

So I went to The Fountain at the Dolphin resort, and I found a great burger again.

But honorary mention goes to the deluxe Angus cheeseburger from Pecos Bill's. I had that in July, and I went in with low expectations. It totally exceeded my expectations, but maybe it also had to do with the toppings bar. At least the bun didn't fall apart on me this time. That was a plus. I thought it was worth having again. Huge, though. I wouldn't have minded splitting it.

On Disney property, I LOVE the burger at Sci Fi Dine In. It's not mind blowing, but it's the best I've found on property.

Now, if you're willing to go off property, there is a Five Guys Burgers and Fries near one of the outlets. Now THAT is a spectacular burger. I dream of those burgers and the fries are amazing too!!!!!:love::love:

My husband is pretty harsh about meat, but he loves the burgers at Peco's Bill. I think they are personally the best I have had.

The burgers at LTT, Grand Floridian Cafe and Le Cellier are very good.

you can get the regular cheeseburger at GF cafe, just ask for it, I don't remember if they charged the same as it didn't matter to us since we were on the dining plan.

Hands down, the burger on Le Cellier's lunch menu. Amazing!

I completely agree with you!!! The last time we ate at Le Cellier I had a salad and soup while DH got some soup and the burger. After he had eaten three-quarters of it he offered me a bite and it was ahhh-mazing!! I think he was afraid I'd wrestle him for it if he would have offered it to me earlier. I've had their steak before and while it was really good I can go just about anywhere and get a good steak but that burger... I'll make reservations there just for that!

I like the burgers at both Le Cellier and Turf Club (SSR). Love the homemade ketchup that Le Cellier has.

I haven't had one lately, but I always got a good burger at Le Cellier. Had one at Sci-Fi a few months ago that was okay, but not worth the $12-13 they charge. I've had some great burgers at the Plaza, but I don't think it has been since they switched to the cheap buns.

Believe it or not, we had lunch at Fultons about a month ago and their burger was really good.

I have a lunch reservation in March for LeCellier and have been toying with a burger for lunch or steak. Do you think its worth it?

Yes, I would definitely recommend the burger. Steak seems a little heavy for lunch, you know? But the burger...it comes on an English muffin, and you can get white cheddar or blue cheese on it...yum! Add a cup of their cheese soup, those breadsticks, and maple creme brulee, and it's my favorite meal in WDW! Last time I went, they have one of those meal deals where you could get an appetizer, entree (burger was one of the choices), and dessert for one set price (sorry, I don't remember what the price was). But that was a good deal, and it counted as one table service credit, too, so you could get an appetizer when it's normally not included with the credit.

DH dreams of this burger!!
