Where to find Thank You poem?

A few years ago for my son's birthday we put a candy bar in the goody bag with a cute Thank You for Coming poem or saying, of course I can't find it anywhere. I've done a search online and can't find anything that a 9-10 yr old would understand. Anyone have any idea's of where to look?
