where to find Restaurant times, that switch from lunch to dinner

I was on all ears, and the Disney site, but i cannot find hours of various restaurants, and when they switch to dinner hours.
In particular, wondering about Mama Melros and Chefs, is there a general site

I found the times on All Ears. We have a late morning ADR at Hollywood & Vine and I wanted to know if I was booking a break. or lunch reservation. I clicked on Menu I believe and the time was listed at the top.

Doesn't look like the times are listed for either of these restaurants.
I have a 3:30 reservation at Mama Melrose but we are hoping we can order dinner at this time?

All ears, shows no times under the menus.

These are the hours listed by this site for Mama Melrose's:

Hours: Lunch 12:00pm - 3:00pm; Dinner 3:30 - Varies with Park Hours

And for Chefs (assuming you meant Chefs de France):

Hours: Lunch: 12:00pm - 3:00pm; Dinner: 5:00pm - 9:00pm

Thank you i found the link. But as for Chef's France i have a 4:15pm reservation so i assume that would be dinner?

I am in the same situation with Le Cellier. We have a 3:50 ressie, and wdwinfo lists lunch stopping at 3:30 and dinner starting at 5. I hope 3:50 is dinner as that is the menu we want. I had to take what I could get as fr as times.

I found that, but it still doesn't answer the question of what happens when a ressie time falls in the gap between lunch and dinner.

It is odd. One would assume that they're serving some sort of food in that gap, especially since you an ADR then. Perhaps Disney dining could shed some light on this if you called them.
