where to find Pirate Wells in DL (and store cards)

I asked yesterday and the girl at VMK said they were out and I had to trade someone for it. This is our first time to DL (and probably last). We leave tomorrow and would love to know if there is anywhere other than VMK central where I can find these.
Also which stores give out cards if you buy something?

The Candy store by Winnie the pooh ride use to give red penny press cards
The Magic store on Main street use to give Magic Mirror Cards
The Hat store behind the Castle near Dumbo ride use to give Gold Hat Cards

I do not know if any of them still have cards or not right now? Cant hurt to at least check it out.

You could also try in the Tomarowland shop at the main counter I saw they had some cards the other day when I was there.
They were also out of pirate quests when I was there from greedy people taking the whole stack of cards over and over again. I was unable to get my Pirate room but I can always go back, you can try waiting near the vmk kiosk and see if anyone comes to turn one in and ask them if they mind if borrow it for a min to turn yours in since they are out. And it that dosnt work you can always try begging. I love when the castmembers say well you can always come back tomarow or another day, like everyone is a pass holder and lives right next door. Be sure to tell them that you live far away and comming back next week when the quest is back in isnt an option for you. Maybe they will take pitty on you.

Also, virtual T-shirt (used to be a virtual Happiest Celebration on Earth pin, but not sure if it is still being given out since 50th is over) from Star Traders in Tomorrowland.

I was just at the park yesterday and the cards they were handing out in the Star Trader were the Happiest Celebration on Earth pin cards.

I didn't even try the Magic Shop because one of the grouchy ladies was working and she won't give you a card unless you buy something and then it's only one card even if you have 4 people in your family.

When I went I got these items:
50th hat from the hat shop in tomorrowland (the Hatmoshpere?)
I got the purple penny press at Pooh's Candy Corner
I got the Pin at that store after Buzz lightyear astro blasters
and I think I got a shirt at Star Traders.
