Where to find Mickey/Minnie in 5oth outfits?

Howdy! I can't wait to get my picture with Mickey and Minnie in their 50th anniversary attire. Where is the best place to look for them in Disneyland? Where/when did you find them?

Also, despite meeting over 100 characters, I have yet to meet Bert. I so want to meet him! Any tips?

We got pictures with Minnie (in her white and gold dress) and Mickey (in his tux and gold tie) on Main street in the late afternoon.

We found Bert as he and Mary Poppins strolled through FL between the carousel and Mr. Toad's Wild Ride.

This picture that we got with Minnie in her 50th anniversary dress was right in front of the hat embroidery place on Main street. We also saw Mickey around that area a different time too.
