Hi :) I'm a newbie (not to forums though!) and am in search of where to find what attractions are closed and when. We're planning a trip at the end of Sept. Last May when we were there the POTC was closed to add Captain Jack so we were bummed about that.

If you could help that would be great :thumbsup2

Thanks :)

I know I'm the only one interested in the Haunted Mansion so if it's closed it's ok and none of us liked the Matterhorn (though it's beautiful to look at) so that's ok too. I'll go check out the link :)

You can log on to disneyland.com and plug in the days that you will be in the park. It will give you any planned attraction closures. This is fairly accurate, although more so to DLR than DCA. Hope this helps!

This is another way to find out. However, the DLR website tends to not show closures until it is absolutely official. Which means it takes longer to find out. The other sites, while unofficial, tend to get info before it is released to the public - sdo you get a heads up further in advance.

Also remember that the Brown links at the top of our page lead to the DLR planning sections....these are just the boards......

We have been there twice at the last week of Sept. both time HM was closed:sad2: it was being decorated for Halloween..

I went to the disneyland.com and the calendar only goes up to July I believe. I'll keep checking back there as well as the other pointers. I would be a little sad not to do the Haunted Mansion but the POTC pirate: is one we cannot miss again. That was my favorite as a kid (although now I may be a Tower of Terror convert  ).

Thanks for all the help!
