Where to find last year's park hours (Nov)?

I need to do a little planning for meals now that the 90 day mark is fast approaching . Where can I find last year's hours for November?

Can I book Chef Mickey's for 7:30 p.m. if MK closes at 7:00?

I was wondering if Chef Mickey's was open. I know where it is - check my signature - I've stayed there enough times. We've never gone when the parks close early - just trying to figure out what to plan after parks close.

Sorry, after rereading my previous post, I came off a little sarcastic. I truly didn't mean for it to sound that way.

According to my Unofficial Guide, Chef Mickey's is open, for dinner, from 5pm-9:30pm.

Looks like we will be there the same time!

Just a thought, but checking the Sept. hours, which is the slowest time, M.K. is open every night till at least 8. We are going first week of Nov.,and i am thinking M.K. will be open till 8. Mightn have something to do with Wishes being every night.
